A Spoonful of Motivation for Mental Health

Here’s a bit of motivation to start a fresh week! Just one girl’s opinion but I hope it resounds with you as well!

  • You’ve survived every bad moment of your life.
  • You know more than you did a week ago, a month ago, a year ago…
  • You’re smarter than you were a year ago.
  • You have more experience than you did yesterday, and the day before and so on…
  • You’re more capable than you used to be and this will only increase with time.
  • You’ve made it to where you are now, and if you look back you can see how far you’ve come.
  • You may not currently be in the place you want but everything changes.
  • The big problems you have now will appear smaller as time goes on.
  • One day you’ll look back at today and take pride in what you’ve accomplished since.
  • No matter how much of a failure you may think yourself to be, you’ve succeeded with 100% if you’re reading this right now. Why? Because you’re still HERE. This is often overlooked but it can be hugely significant!
